Hey! My name is Bree. Kiwi living in India on a life's mission as a Yoga teacher, animal lover, tree hugger, plant eater, travel enthusiast and holistic nutritionist. Through both yoga and holistic nutrition I have managed to find a happy, healthy balance and freed myself from years of alcohol and drug abuse, unhealthy relationships causing severe anxiety and depression. Disconnected to the world, lost and confused I found a home on my yoga mat which became my sacred space allowing me to grow individually as well as alongside others. I believe yoga connects us all and teaches us so much about who we are, taking what we learn on the mat and applying it to the outside world. Yoga has taught me to practice compassion and forgiveness for myself and others and most importantly I have learnt to love myself and accept myself. I believe yoga is for everyone all you need is an open mind and an open heart.
Since starting on my Yoga journey in 2013. I have spent a lot of time travelling abroad around India, Asia and parts of Europe deepening my practice through self development, self study, self practice, workshops, meditation, teacher training courses and guidance through my teachers and Gurus. I am immensely grateful for the knowledge I have received and continue to pass it on to you so you can create great things, a renewed life that sets your whole world alight with joy, peace, happiness and fulfilment.
